These are the best four days of winter. The four days I get to visit my parents at their winter home in Texas!

I left these six fresh inches of snow behind in Minnesota……

to be spoiled by my parents, take a quick day trip to Mexico for an afternoon of shopping, play Pickle Ball with my Dad, sew a ring bearer pillow with my Mom, continue to be spoiled by my parents, eat my Mother’s fantastic cooking, witness my Dads amazing culinary skill of signing the check at some yummy restaurants, more parental spoiling and enjoying evening Happy Hour get togethers with all of their friends who are now my friends too.

So as you can see this is going to be just a quick, “Hello” from me to you and I hope you have a great weekend. I will catch up with you on Monday!
